Shipping Methods and Rates
Every customer enjoys FREE STANDARD SHIPPING with orders of $50 or more. Free Shipping offer is valid on orders containing full price products shipped in Canada and applies to Standard Ground shipping orders only.
- Canada Post Standard Shipping
- $7.95 regardless of the amount of order. Delivery between 2 to 5 business days after the order date depending on geographic location.
- Canada Post - Xpresspost
- $9.95 regardless of the amount of order. Delivery between 1 to 4 business days after the order date depending on geographic location.

Canada Post - Priority
- $14.95 regardless of the amount of order. Delivery between 1 to 2 business days after the order date depending on geographic location.
- Delays may occur in the case of extreme weather or if shipping to remote areas. Please note that due to Air Safety regulations, we cannot ship orders containing Hazardous Materials (sprays-alcohol) through Xpresspost or Priority service. Orders containing hazardous materials will be shipped through Expedited service. Take note that some remote areas can only be delivered by air. For these regions we will unfortunately be unable to ship orders containing Hazardous Materials (sprays-alcohol).
View Order Status
We process orders Monday through Friday in the order in which they are received. Orders placed after 12:00PM EST (Noon) will not be processed until the next business day. You can To check the status of your order, you can log into your account or click here. Please use the tracking number included in your shipping confirmation email. Change or Cancel an Existing Order
Unfortunately, we cannot cancel or modify orders once they are submitted. You may however return the parcel to sender unopened or refuse the parcel at the door and you will not have to pay return shipping fees. Once returned back to us, you will receive a full refund which may take up to 30 business days. Refunds will be issued within 30 business days in the form of credit to the credit card holder.
